Cold Springs Apiary produces pure local honey that is hand-extracted in Belchertown
from local honey bees that collect their nectar from flowers and trees right here in Western
Massachusetts. We are proud to produce hand-extracted honey that has never been heated, ensuring
that it maintains its local flavor, goodness, and pollen content. Cold Springs Apiary also offers
beeswax, honeycomb, farm fresh local eggs, and some seasonal fruits and vegetables.
